Practical Workshops in Switzerland
Once you’ve completed the theoretical online program, you’ll participate in 4 full-day practical workshops held exclusively in Switzerland, essential for completing the Full Diploma. Scheduled approximately every two months, these workshops progressively build your hands-on skills through direct injections and treatments on real-life models.
The workshops comprehensively cover the key areas of aesthetic medicine:
Injectables: Botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid
Biostimulation: PLLA, CAHA, HIFU, and radiofrequency
Skin Rejuvenation: PRP, skin boosters, mesotherapy, and chemical peels
Lasers: Treatments for hair removal, tattoo removal, pigmentation issues, redness, resurfacing, and vascular conditions
Upon successful completion of all four workshops, you’ll receive your official SAMBA diploma and CME points. Should you require further practice, you can retake an individual workshop to perfect your skills.
About the Workshops
The practical phase is a crucial step of your SAMBA journey. Exclusively available to Full Diploma students who have completed the theory courses, these four immersive, one-day sessions are structured by the SAMBA team to progressively enhance your expertise across the core techniques in aesthetic medicine, ensuring comprehensive mastery and confidence.
Here's what each workshop day typically looks like:
8h45 – 9h00 : Arrival, Breakfast & Presentations
9h00 – 11h00 : Model 1 – Practical session (Depending on workshop: Injectables, Biostimulation, Skin rejuvenation, or Lasers)

11h00 – 13h00 : Model 2 – Practical session (Hands-on application, supervised practice)

13h00 – 14h00 : Lunch
14h00 – 16h00 : Model 3 – Practical session (Advanced techniques and combined treatments)

16h00 – 17h30 : Model 4 – Practical session (Complex case management and skill refinement)

17h30 – 18h00 : Q&A, Discussion – Review of the day and clinical cases treated

All necessary equipment and materials are provided by SAMBA, ensuring you have everything you need for an immersive learning experience. Live models are also provided, allowing you to practice under expert supervision.
Workshops take place at Chemin de Beau-Rivage 18, 1006 Lausanne, Switzerland. Students arrange their own transportation and accommodation.
Between each workshop, you are expected to practice and refine your skills to maximize your progression. Should you have queries or need guidance, the SAMBA team is always available, ensuring a smooth journey towards complete mastery.
